At Swell, we are a family-first, locally owned short-term property management company founded by Kade and Paige Branson. As born-and-raised Montanans, Kade and Paige have deep roots in the Flathead Valley and beyond. Kade, from Missoula, and Paige, a Kalispell native, met at the University of Montana and continued to fall in love with the natural beauty of their home state. They continue to call Montana home, welcoming their daughter May into the world in 2019, their heavenly Angel Ada in 2022, and son Jet in 2024.

With a passion for property management and a love for showcasing the stunning properties that make Montana so special, Kade and Paige aim to provide a personalized experience for property owners and guests alike. Their goal is to help others experience the incredible beauty of Montana while ensuring that property owners earn a fair return on their investments.
